As more “digital co-workers” powered by artificial intelligence join the workforce, we’ve wondered whether software like Agent.ai might soon be ‘employed’ (or discovered) via recruiting channels vs. traditional software distribution channels. Will Monster, Indeed, Hired and Dice add an Artificial Intelligence category? After all, technologies like AI are more and more being implemented in work environments to handle rote and repetitive tasks better suited for machines, to free human counterparts to focus on higher-value work.
